初成立--員工只有8名，年銷售額為30萬人民幣，主要客戶群為同行業(yè)電加熱廠家，以代加工為主，如宜興市百泰絕緣材料有限公司、無錫康能電熱電器有限公司。
First established--Only eight employees,annual sales of three hundred thousand yuan,the main customer base for the same industry electrical heating manufacturers,give priority to processing,as Yixing Beta Thermal Insulation Materials Inc. (P.R. China)、Wuxi Kangneng Electric Heating Equipment Co.,Ltd.
2006年--公司以陳華農(nóng)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心組建自己的產(chǎn)品進行研發(fā)，生產(chǎn)，銷售。年銷售額達到100萬人民幣左右，主要開發(fā)行業(yè)為：配電柜的除濕，熱轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)備的研發(fā)等。主要客戶群為：北京美可達電子影像有限公司，江陰市利得電器有限公司，江陰市科達電氣有限公司，江陰市長江電器有限公司。

Annual sales of about one million yuan,the main development industries:distribution cabinet dehumidification,heat transfer equipment development etc.Main customer:Photo USA Electronic Graphic Inc,Lead Electric Co.,Ltd of Jiangyin,JiangYin Kodars Electric Technology Co.,Ltd.,Jiangyin Changjiang Electric Co.,Ltd.
2007年--公司加大產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)，開拓了太陽能行業(yè)，與國內(nèi)多家太陽能組件廠和太陽能能電安裝公司合作，創(chuàng)下了400萬人民幣的銷售業(yè)績。主要合作單位有：常州奧拓自動控制系統(tǒng)有限公司，常州卓煒光伏科技有限公司，啟東羅源光伏設(shè)備有限公司，上海鼎富工程安裝有限公司，上海志安凈化設(shè)備安裝公司。

2008-2009年--美國金融危機爆發(fā)，公司加大產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)銷售，開拓了國內(nèi)一些設(shè)備廠家加熱的配套，維持了公司的銷售業(yè)績，如醫(yī)療設(shè)備行業(yè)：浙江新豐醫(yī)療器械有限公司。
2008-2009 year--US financial crisis,the company increased
research and development sales of products,opened up some domestic equipment manufacturers heating supporting, maintain the company's sales performance,such as medical device industry: Zhejiang Xinfeng Medical Apparatus Co., Ttd.
2010年--公司與國內(nèi)知名科研所--中船重工707研究所合作，研發(fā)新的加熱材料，年銷售額達到500多萬人民幣。
2010 year--Company cooperation with 707 CSIC institute to developing new heating material,which is well-known domestic research institutes,annual sales reached 500 million yuan.
2011年--由于企業(yè)重組，陳華農(nóng)全權(quán)獲得盟友公司的經(jīng)營權(quán)，同一年間，公司在江陰高新技術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)園成立分公司（江陰市明達溫控系統(tǒng)技術(shù)有限公司），并組建外貿(mào)團隊，取得對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營自主出口權(quán)，在中國銀行開了外貿(mào)賬戶，并將注冊資金由50萬增加到300萬人民幣。經(jīng)過全體盟友員工的努力，年銷售額突破1000萬人民幣。
2011 year--Due to corporate restructuring,Huanong Chen full authority obtain the right to operate the Mengyou company,room in the same year,the company set up branches in Jiangyin tech business park(Jiangyin City Ming Da Temperature Control System Co.,Ltd.),and set foreign trade team,made foreign trade operation right to export independentky,open a trade account in Bank of China,and registered capital from 50 thousand to 3 million yuan.
After the efforts of all mengyou staff,annual sales exceeded 10 million yuan.
2012-2013年--盟友公司穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，國內(nèi)與國際銷售總額達到1500多萬人民幣。

2014年--盟友公司銷售額達到2000多萬，在職員工達到50名左右，為社會承擔(dān)更多責(zé)任。

2015年--盟友公司銷售額達到2500多萬，在職員工達到60名左右，為社會承擔(dān)更多責(zé)任。
