Products description

TheDRD silicone rubber heating band features as follows:

1. Mainly made of nichrom wires and insulation materials, with quick heating, high thermal efficiency, good thermal conductivity;

2. The non-alkali glass fibre and silicone rubber make it with double insulatio, safety and reliable;

3. with excellent waterproof quality and flexibility, can be apply to industial equipment under humid,

non-explosive-gas environment, laboratory pipes and tanks for heating up, heat tracing and thermal insulation.

4. It can be directly wound around surface of the heated object, easy installation, safety and reliable.

Using tips

• When applying, the flat side of silicone rubber heater should be closely contact with the dielectric surfaces of pipes or tanks, and be fixed by aluminum adhesive tape;
• To reduce heat loss, please apply an insulating layer outside the heating tape.
• Overlap wrapping is strictly forbidden or it will cause overheat damage.
