• Function and application

Be offered with rated voltage, heating cable will produce heat energy. The temperature of heating cable will keep in a certain range under the influence of external environment. It can be made into electronic heating elements with various shapes, which are widely used in refrigerator, ice-box, air-condition and water fountain, electric cooker and other household appliances, etc..

• Types

According to the insulation material, there are three kinds of types: PS heating cable, PVC heating cable and silicone rubber heating cable. According to the power range, it can be divided into single power and multi-power two kinds of heating cables.

(1)PS heating cable belongs to the innocuity heating cable pattern which is quite suitable to contact with food directly. Low heat resistant property make it can only be used in low power condition(≤ 8W/m, long time working temperature: -25～60℃.

(2)The covering material of 105℃ heating cable meet PVC/E rule of GB5023（IEC227）standard, which is common heating cable with excellent heat resistance(average power density: ≤ 12W/m, usage temperature: -25～70℃). It can be widelu used in ice-box, air-condition as anti-sweat heating cable.

(3)Silicone rubber heating cable have outstanding heat resistance, which can be used for defrosting machine of refrigerator and freeze(average power density: ≤ 40W/m, power density can reach to 50W/m in low temperature environment, usage temperature: -60～155℃).
